Mediating factorial model of entrepreneurship in the COVID-19 era by Cruz Garcia-Lirios in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences

Mediating factorial model of entrepreneurship in the COVID-19 era by Cruz Garcia-Lirios in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences Abstract  The pandemic caused by SARS CoV-2 and the disease COVID-19 have linked tourism with local entrepreneurship. It is a phenomenon in which political, economic and social actors converge to reactivate the local economy. In this line, the objective of this work was to validate an entrepreneurship scale, considering four dimensions: trust. opportunity, optimization and innovation. An exploratory, cross-sectional and psychometric study was carried out with a sample of 100 coffee growers from central Mexico. Four factors were established that explained 32% of the variance, suggesting the contrast in another sample. In relation to the state of the art, the scope of the study is discussed.  Introduction  As of October 2022, three million had died from the pandemic caused by the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus and the...

Gastric mucormycosis in a COVID-19 patient with severe lung involvement: a case report by Akbar Rasekhi Kazerouni in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences

Gastric mucormycosis in a COVID-19 patient with severe lung involvement: a case report by Akbar Rasekhi Kazerouni  in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences Abstract  Background:  Mucormycosis (zygomycosis) is a rare opportunistic and life threatening infection that almost always affect immunocompromised patients. The Covid-19 associated mucormycosis is a new condition that has been described with high mortality rates. Gastrointestinal mucomycosis is a rare condition and stomach is the more common site in gastrointestinal mucomycosis.  Case presentation:  Presented case is a 41 year old cigarette smoker and diabetic man, who presented with Covid_19 lung involvement. Consequently, he developed with gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric mucormycosis was detected for him.  Conclusions:  Evaluating the clinical data and rare features of COVID-19 patients and studying the behavior of the disease is crucial for early dete...

Mitochondriopathy, A Disease of our Times by Doepp in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences

Mitochondriopathy, A Disease of our Times   by Doepp in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences Introduction  • All went worse since 2020.  • For about three years, we have been noticing more and more frequently that patients have antibodies       against mitochondrial RNA and/or DNA.  • There may exist a connection with the mRNA vaccinations.  • Antibodies against spike proteins can be detected often, too.  Covid-19 vaccinations  • Unvaccinated persons also exhibit this phenomenon.  • One can think of «vaccine shedding».  • In parallel, an infestation of the population with spike proteins is underway.  • These affect the ACE2 receptors of many organs, especially the heart muscle.  • Cases of sudden cardiac death are on the rise, for instance in seemingly healthy younger men.  Our treatment No. 1   • We have developed a means of treatment that has been known for 2000 ...

Epidemic Equations of COVID-19, Quantum Medicine and Three Principles of Self-cultivation and Health by Yi-Fang Chang in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences

Epidemic Equations of COVID-19, Quantum Medicine and Three Principles of Self-cultivation and Health by Yi-Fang Chang in Journal of Clinical Case Reports Medical Images and Health Sciences Abstract  First, we research the preliminary epidemic equations of COVID-19 and their meaning. Second, we discuss the matrix mechanics of pharmacology, and corresponding quantum medicine. Third, based on the Chinese traditional culture, we propose three principles of self-cultivation and health: health must first nourish self-heart, life should be a combination of movement and peace, and the body-mind-spirit union.  Introduction  Based on the inseparability and correlativity of the biological systems, we proposed the nonlinear whole biology and its basic hypotheses [1]. This may unify reductionism and holism, structuralism and functionalism on biology, and is consistent with systems biology [2,3], which integrates multiple different levels in biological systems, from multiple mo...
